These metal things in the mail and the pound mounted on the earth, as in the catalog of Shorty's, seems like a good idea if it is a small terrace. Lighter than the way of concrete, but a little expensive.
Check local codes, the positions in my city (the attractive side of the fence) has in his front yard, no neighbors.
